Press :
Imported Extrusion Press of 1650 Tons (Capacity of 5900 TPA) attached with imported runout table and handling equipments and a 900 Tons Press (Capacity of 3000 TPA)
Standard size of 7" containers are used for regular extrusion with 6" & 8" containers also.
CCD minimum 75mm & maximum 140mm for hollow sections and minimum 115mm and 175mm for standard solid sections. Profiles beyond above CCD are also accepted depending upon the shape and criticality.
Thickness & Tolerance :
for hollow and solid sections minimum thickness of 1.2mm and tolerance as per IS & DIN standard
Casting Facilities :
The plant is equipped with a vertical D.C. Casting machine and homogenising furnace with integrated technology for manufacturing and homogenising the billets.
Alloy Range :
1050, 1060, 1080, 1100, 2011, 2012, 2014, 3003, 5052, 6005, 6060, 6063, 6101, 6061, 6351, 6082, 6066, AMG2, AMG3 or customers specifications.
Tempers : 0,F,T4,T5 & T6
Tooling Facilities :
The services are provided for designing and recommendation of extrusion profiles to suit customers exact requirements with quick reciprocation.
Advanced computer-aided designing (ACAD) software is used to achieve inevitable high precision in design and production.
Follow standard procedure to analyse and review designs from end use point of view.
Quality Control, Packing & Despatch :
Stringent measures are mandatorily monitored at each stage of manufacturing process and post manufacturing till products reach customers end.
Quality system is certified by Bureau of Indian Standard and established Quality Management Systems in compliance with International Quality System Standard ISO 9001-2000 / TS 16949-2002 of TUVCERT Certification Body for QM-Systems of RWTUV Systems GmbH.
Carry out regular Internal Quality Audits and have a documented process to Surveillance Audit.
Plant Maintenance :
- Down-time is very low as compared to industry average.
- Plant has a calibration program for measurement and Test Equipment.
