Sudal Industries Limited was incorporated in 1979 and commercial
production of Aluminium Extrusion commenced in the year 1981. The
Companys plot area is measuring about 5 acres with a covered area of
more than 20,000 sq. mts. Our Plant is ideally located at A-5, M.I.D.C.,
Ambad Industrial Area, Mumbai Nashik Highway, Nashik 422 010.

Sudal have extrusion press of 1650 MT capacity with installed production
capacity of 5900 MT per annum with its own billet making and die
making capacity.

The most common alloy used world wide for aluminium extrusion is AA
6063 equivalent to Indian 63400 or British HE9 or Canadian 50S and DIN
Standards.

We are very quality conscious and our products are subjected to
quality assurance measures at every stage of product evolution. Our
products are put into thorough inspection before dispatch. If at all, there
are any complaints, the same are being attended at the customer's
premises & the problem is sorted out to the entire satisfaction of
customers.

9. Terms and Conditions for new die development ?
Part die deposit should be paid by the customer and which is refundable
once the minimum quantity is lifted. There is no minimum quantity
restrictions in respect of standard extrusions for existing dies.

10. Minimum Ordering Quantities ?
Minimum ordering quantity is just 100 Kgs of ready dies for each
profile, in order to facilitate the actual consumer. There will be a
quantity tolerance of +/- 10 % on the ordered quantity.

11. What are the packing methods used and its charges ?
Hessian/HDPE packing of individual bundle can hold 50 100 Kgs. of
extrusions. In case of packing in Wooden boxes, each box can hold
100250 Kgs. For Hessian/HDPE packing Rs. 50.00 per bundle and in
case of wooden boxes, packing charges are as per actual.

12. What is the lead time required to execute an order ?
For existing profiles, it will be within 1 2 week/s from the date of
receipt of technocommercially clear order. In case of new profiles, it will
be 4 6 weeks.
